COMPETITION for employees of the University of Zenica for teaching/training mobility in the academic year 2024/25. year within the Erasmus+ program cooperation with partner countries KA171-"Stanislaw Staszic University of Applied Sciences", Pila, Poland

The Office for International Cooperation of the University of Zenica announces a competition for the mobility of staff employed under the Employment Agreement at the University for teaching/training mobility. Scholarships and travel expenses are provided for the implementation of mobility, which are calculated based on the calculation of EC distance calculator. The university concluded an agreement with the said university for study fields in the fields of engineering, economics and languages.

The work plan for teaching/training mobility of academic/administrative staff should contain a schedule for five working days with indicated activities per day and the department to which the employee applies. Teaching and non-teaching staff apply to the departments that are in accordance with their scientific references/choice of profession/job they perform, i.e. for the subject if you are applying for teaching mobility. The planned mobility implementation time (5 working days + 2 travel days) is entered into the mobility program, and the same will be subsequently agreed with the partner university.

Incomplete and untimely applications will not be considered.

Selected candidates are obliged to submit documentation for the implementation of mobility/Report and other documentation to the Office for International Cooperation before the start of the mobility and after returning from the foreign institution, in accordance with the Rulebook on Mobility.
