for students of the University of Zenica for mobility in the academic year 2018/2019.
within the Erasmus+ program, cooperation with partner countries KA107

 

The Office for International Cooperation of the University of Zenica announces a call for applications for exchange students in the academic year 2018/2019 within the Erasmus+ program. Students who are selected by the program will be provided with a monthly scholarship (between 750 and 850 euros) as well as compensation for travel expenses based on the budget. on EC distance calculator.

Application deadline: June 7, 2018

Candidates are required to attach the following documents:

1. Application for the post
2. Proof of student status at the University of Zenica (not older than three months)
3. Certificate of passed exams (not older than three months)/ students of the II cycle of Diploma Supplement studies
4. A copy of a valid passport
5. CV
6. A letter of motivation in English or another foreign language depending on the university to which the student is applying
7. Proposal of the Learning Agreement (The proposal of the Learning Agreement is prepared in cooperation with the ECTS coordinator of the faculty. When applying, the document does not have to be signed, but students are required to submit the signed document on the day of the interview.)
8. Students of the 2nd cycle of studies who, as part of their mobility, plan to do research for their final thesis are required to submit a research plan
9. Language certificate (students are required to check the availability of courses in foreign languages at each university)

 

Students can apply for exchange at a maximum of two universities. Each document should be scanned separately. Submit the application with scanned documents to the email address unzeerasmus@gmail.com  with the indication ERASMUS/ UNIVERSITY IN_____________.

Candidates will be ranked based on grade point average/research plan, CV and motivation letter, and then they will attend an interview that will be held in the Rector's office on Friday 06/08/2018 at 11:00 a.m. The interview will be organized in English/German.

 

Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
