Faculty of Medicine host FNAM 2026
In the period from 4 to 7 November 2024. In the Dutch city of Leeuwarden, where the NHL Stenden Hoegschool is located, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Florence Network (one of the largest networks that gathers faculties that provide education in the field of nursing and midwifery in Europe) was held.
We are proud to announce that the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zenica, study program, Health Care, has been selected, following nomination, to host FNAM 2026 (Florence Network Annual Meeting), which will be held from April 13 to 17, 2026.
This will certainly be a challenge, but also an honor for the Faculty of Medicine to organize such an important meeting that will be reflected in the organization of scientific conferences, workshops, invited lectures and other significant elements in the field of nursing and midwifery. On behalf of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Zenica, the letter of nomination was presented to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sc. Oruč Mirza, who is also the Faculty of Medicine in this network. The letter was presented by the President of the Florence Network Lisbeth Vinberg Engel (University College Copenhagen, Denmark) and Vice President Laura Visiers Jimenez (Universidad Pontificia dr Comillas, Spain, Madrid)
The Florence Network currently has 52 members from 21 countries in Europe, and the number of members of this network is increasing every year.
