Memorandums of cooperation - University of Zenica

For the period until 2028, a total of 24 programs of strategic development of internationalization have been defined as follows:

Program of measures to improve regulation in the field of internationalization;
Program of measures for active inclusion in the EHEA (European Higher Education Area);
Program of easier access to mobility in terms of proactive interpretation of recognition and recognition of period and content of studies;
Program to strengthen the mobility of students and staff at all OJ;
Program of easier access to mobility in terms of proactive interpretation of recognition and recognition of period and content of studies;
Program of measures for the development of study departments that will be offered for teaching in English or one of the other world languages;
Program of measures to attract foreign students to study at UNZE;
Development program of integral dual studies with universities from around the world;
The infrastructure development program of UNZE, which will be a strong impulse to strengthen internationalization (a more comfortable student dormitory, new modern laboratory and educational centers, etc.);
Program of marketing presentation of UNZE beyond borders with the aim of greater internationalization;
Program of internationalization of the development of the evaluation system of scientific-research and development-innovation work;
The internationalization program for the development of master's and doctoral studies in accordance with the real needs of the wider social community and the current state of science in the world;
Program to strengthen internationalization in the segment of scientific research and innovation development work and inclusion in the European Research Area (ERA - European Research Area).
A program to systematically address the position and role of library and publishing activities at UNZE and ZDK with work on the development of internationally recognized and indexed journals at UNZE;
The internationalization program of the university library with the aim of increasing the fund of international titles (books, magazines, etc.)
The internationalization program of the transformation of UNZE from a teaching to an entrepreneurial university;
Program for the inclusion of foreign professors and students in the general goals of strengthening entrepreneurship and innovation at UNZE;
Program of internationalization of scientific research and innovation work, which will aim to create spin-off and spin-out companies under the umbrella of UNZE;
Program of internationalization of the quality system in accordance with the changes in the European Academic Area (EHEA);
Program of full incorporation of UNZE into the system of the Bologna Process - Bologna 2020 and beyond;
A program of measures to meet the general strategic goals of UNZE from the domain of the Bologna Process, which are to the greatest extent conditioned by internationalization as the only model of functioning;
ICT internationalization program at UNZE;
Program of systemic resolution of UNZE financing with special emphasis on international cooperation;
The development program of the student international info-desk in order to raise the program of full involvement of students and staff to an even higher level.

In accordance with strategic goals in the field of internationalization, the University fosters cooperation with higher education institutions, governmental and non-governmental organizations through various programs, projects, as well as through bilateral cooperation.
