Na osnovu člana 70. stav (4) tačka b) i člana 71.  stav (4) Zakona o visokom obrazovanju Zeničko-dobojskog kantona („Službene novine Zeničko-dobojskog kantona”, broj: 12/22, 15/24 – autentično tumačenje i 5/25), člana 21.b stav (6) alineja 4. i člana 21.d stav (3) Zakona o Javnoj ustanovi Univerzitet u Zenici (“Službene novine Zeničko-dobojskog kantona“, broj: 1/18, 10/18 i 13/21), člana 113. stav (1) tačka e), a u vezi sa članovima 122. i 123. Statuta Univerziteta u Zenici, te Odluke Naučno-nastavnog vijeće Politehničkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Zenici, broj: 11-200-320-0136/26 od 16.03.2026. godine, raspisuje se

COMPETITION

for the election of the dean of the Polytechnic Faculty of the University of Zenica

 

I

A candidate who fulfills the following can be elected dean of the Polytechnic Faculty of the University of Zenica general conditions:

a) that he is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
b) da nije pravosnažno osuđen za krivično djelo s pravnom posljedicom zabrane vršenja funkcije.

 

In addition to the general requirements, the candidate should meet the following special conditions: 

a) that the teacher holds the scientific-teaching title of full or part-time professor or assistant professor;
b) to actively know at least one world language;
c) that he does not have a position in the executive bodies of a political party or an organization connected to a political party;
d) da je u radnom odnosu na Univerzitetu s punim radnim vremenom.

 

The dean is elected for a mandate period of 4 (four) years.

 

II

A candidate who has the ability to manage the Faculty can be elected dean, as evidenced by the submission of the Faculty's Work and Development Program for the term of office.

 

III

With Prijavu the candidate is obliged to submit to the Competition in the original or a certified photocopy evidence of fulfillment of general and special conditions, namely:

1. A short biography with an overview of published scientific research and other works, address, contact phone number and e-mail address,
2. Certificate of citizenship, in accordance with point a) of the general conditions;
3. Odluku o posljednjem izboru u naučno-nastavno zvanje redovnog profesora, vanrednog profesora ili docenta, u skladu s tačkom a) posebnih uslova;
4. Certificate of active knowledge of at least one world language, in accordance with point b) of the special conditions;
5. Izjavu da nema funkciju u izvršnim organima političke partije ili organizacije koja je povezana s političkom partijom, ovjerenu kod nadležnog organa ili notara, u skladu s tačkom c) posebnih uslova;
6. Certificate of full-time employment at the University of Zenica, in accordance with point d) of the special conditions;
7. Faculty work and development program for the mandate period (to be submitted in printed and electronic versions (on CD or USB), in accordance with Article II;

 

Dokumenti navedeni u prethodnom stavu moraju biti originali ili kopije s ovjerom ne starijom od 3 (tri) mjeseca od dana objavljivanja Konkursa, a Program rada i razvoja i u elektronskoj verziji (na CD-u ili USB-u).

If the diploma for the scientific degree of Doctor of Science was obtained abroad, the candidate must submit a decision on its nostrification.

The candidate is obliged to sign the competition application, a short biography with an overview of published scientific research and other works, address, contact phone number, e-mail address and the Faculty's Work and Development Program for the term of office.

 

IV

Candidates who meet the conditions required by the Competition will present their work and development program at the election session of the Scientific and Teaching Council of the Polytechnic Faculty of the University of Zenica.

 

V

Applications with all necessary evidence must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the Contest in a daily newspaper.

 

Kandidat, koji bude izabran Odlukom Naučno-nastavnog vijeća Politehničkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Zenici, obavezan je u roku od 7 (sedam) dana od dana održavanja sjednice Naučno-nastavnog vijeća Politehničkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Zenici, dostaviti Konkursnoj komisiji za izbor dekana Politehničkog fakulteta Univerziteta u Zenici, potvrdu/uvjerenje izdatu od strane nadležnog organa u skladu s tačkom b) opštih uslova. Navedenu potvrdu/uvjerenje, ne starije od 3 (tri) mjeseca od dana izdavanja od strane nadležnog organa, kandidati dostavljaju u orginalu ili ovjerenoj kopiji.

 

VI

Information on the scope of work of the Dean of the Faculty is available on the website of the University of Zenica www.unze.ba (Statute).

Applications for the Competition with the necessary attachments are submitted in a sealed envelope by registered mail or to the protocol of the Rectorate of the University of Zenica, to the address:

Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
