Konkurs za izbor i imenovanje 2 (dva) člana Upravnog odbora Univerziteta u Zenici iz reda stalno zaposlenih s punim radnim vremenom na Univerzitetu u Zenici i 1 (jednog) člana iz reda studenata Univerziteta u Zenici

Na osnovu Odluke Senata Univerziteta u Zenici, broj: 01-02-1-1721/26 od 19.05.2026. godine objavljuje se

Objavljuje se Konkurs za izbor i imenovanje 2 (dva) člana Upravnog odbora Univerziteta u Zenici iz reda stalno zaposlenih s punim radnim vremenom na Univerzitetu u Zenici i 1 (jednog) člana iz reda studenata Univerziteta u Zenici.

The selection and appointment of members of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica is carried out for a term of four years.

Djelokrug rada Upravnog odbora Univerziteta u Zenici utvrđen je odredbama člana 56. Zakona o visokom obrazovanju („Službene novine Zeničko-dobojskog kantona”, broj: 12/22, 15/24 – Autentično tumačenje i 5/25), člana 19.a stav 2. Zakona o JU Univerzitet u Zenici – Prečišćeni tekst  („Službene novine Zeničko-dobojskog kantona“,  broj: 1/18, 10/18 i 13/21) i člana 62. Statuta Univerziteta u Zenici (Prečišćeni tekst) i to:

a) gives a preliminary opinion on the Statute of the University at the proposal of the Senate,

b) passes an act that determines the method of calculating salaries and other income at the University with the prior consent of the Canton Government, and passes a general act on the internal organization and systematization of workplaces, as well as other general acts in accordance with the law and the Statute of the University,

c) makes a decision on the establishment of other legal entities, in accordance with the law and the Statute of the University of Zenica,

d) determines financing and development plans, including the organization of new organizational units and study programs,

e) adopts the annual work program of the University at the proposal of the University Senate,

f) adopts a financial plan and adopts the annual calculation,

g) directs, controls and evaluates the work of the rector, that is, the director in the field of financial operations,

h) solves issues of relations with the Founder,

i) decides on the use of funds for work in excess of the amount determined by the Statute of the University,

j) decides on employees' objections to the decisions of the University authorities, which in the first instance decided on the rights, obligations and responsibilities of employees from the employment relationship,

k) at least once a year submits to the Founder a report on the operations and results of the University's work,

l) makes the final decision on the election and dismissal of the director of the Student Center,

m) performs other tasks in accordance with the law, the act of incorporation and the Statute.

A candidate who meets the general and special requirements can be elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica from among full-time permanent employees at the University of Zenica.

1. da je državljanin Bosne i Hercegovine,

2. da nije pravosnažno osuđen za krivično djelo sa pravnom posljedicom zabrane vršenja funkcije.

1. da je nastavnik izabran u jedno od naučno-nastavnih ili umjetničko-nastavnih zvanja,

2. da je u radnom odnosu sa punim radnim vremenom na Univerzitetu u Zenici,

3. da posjeduje sposobnost za savjesno i odgovorno obavljanje dužnosti člana Upravnog odbora, komunikacijske i organizacijske sposobnosti, kao i sposobnost nepristrasnog odlučivanja,

4. da je ostvario značajne rezultate rada (objavljeni radovi, učešće u organizaciji i radu naučnih konferencija, seminara i slično),

5. da poznaje pravila i propise relevantne za rad i funkcionisanje Univerziteta,

6. da poznaje organizacionu strukturu Univerziteta, budžetsko poslovanje putem Trezora, te način finansiranja budžetskih korisnika Zeničko-dobojskog kantona, odnosno JU Univerzitet u Zenici.

The rector, vice-rector, head of the organizational unit of the University and members of the Senate cannot be members of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica.

A candidate who meets the general and special conditions can be elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica from among the students of the University of Zenica.

1. da je državljanin Bosne i Hercegovine,

2.   da nije pravosnažno osuđen za krivično djelo sa pravnom posljedicom zabrane vršenja funkcije.

1. da je student I (prvog), II (drugog) ili III (trećeg) ciklusa studija na nekom od fakulteta Univerziteta u Zenici,

2. da mu je prosjek ocjena najmanje 8 (osam),

3. da nije disciplinski kažnjavan za povrede studentske discipline tokom studija,

4. da poznaje organizacionu strukturu Univerziteta, budžetsko poslovanje putem Trezora, te način finansiranja

    budget users of the Zenica-Doboj canton, that is, the University of Zenica.

Student representatives elected to the Senate of the University of Zenica, as well as student representatives elected to the scientific-teaching council of the faculty/organizational unit, cannot be members of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica.

A candidate who is elected to the position of a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica from among students is obliged to submit certificates every academic year proving that the required conditions for selection have been met.

With potpisanu prijavu candidates for a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica from the ranks of full-time permanent employees at the University of Zenica are required to submit evidence of meeting the required general conditions:

1. Potpisanu kraću biografiju, adresu, kontakt telefon, e-mail,

2. Uvjerenje o državljanstvu, u skladu s tačkom II podtačka 1. (opštih uslova),

Candidates for a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica from the ranks of permanent full-time employees at the University of Zenica are required to submit evidence of meeting special conditions:

1. Odluku o izboru u naučno-nastavno ili umjetničko-nastavno zvanje, u skladu s tačkom II podtačkom 1. (posebnih uslova),

2. Potvrdu/uvjerenje o radnom odnosu, u skladu s tačkom II podtačka 2. (posebnih uslova),

3. Potvrda rukovodioca organizacione jedinice Univerziteta u Zenici o posjedovanju sposobnosti za obavljanje poslova na poziciji člana Upravnog odbora Univerziteta u Zenici, u skladu s tačkom II podtačka 3. (posebnih uslova),

4. Dokaz o ostvarenim značajnim rezultatima rada u skladu s tačkom II podtačka 4. (posebnih uslova) kao što su (objavljeni radovi, učešće u organizaciji i radu naučnih konferencija, seminara i slično)

With potpisanu prijavu candidates for a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica from among the students of the University of Zenica are required to submit evidence of fulfilling the required general conditions:

1. Potpisanu kraću biografiju, adresu, kontakt telefon, e-mail,

2. Uvjerenje o državljanstvu, u skladu s tačkom II podtačka 1. (opštih uslova),

Candidates for a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica from among the students of the University of Zenica are required to submit evidence of meeting special conditions:

1. Potvrdu o statusu studenta Univerziteta u Zenici, u skladu s tačkom III. podtačka 1. (posebnih uslova),

2. Uvjerenje o položenim ispitima, u skladu s tačkom III. podtačka 2. (posebnih uslova),

3.   Potvrda fakulteta da nije disciplinski kažnjavan za povrede studentske discipline dokom studija, u skladu s tačkom

      III subsection 3. (of special conditions).

Documents on the fulfillment of general and special conditions from points IV and V must be original or certified copies no older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Competition.

Kandidati koji budu na listi kandidata koji ispunjavaju uslove utvrđene konkursom koju sačinjava Konkursna komisija Zenici i jednog kandidata iz reda studenata na pozicije članova Upravnog odbora  Univerziteta u Zenici (u daljem tekstu: Konkursna komisija), imenovane od strane Senata Univerziteta u Zenici.

Candidates from the ranks of full-time permanent employees at the University of Zenica and candidates from the ranks of students of the University of Zenica who hold one of the positions from points II and III of this Competition, by being elected and appointed to the position of member of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica, are obliged to initiate the procedure for dismissal from the mentioned functions, i.e. membership in the academic bodies of the University of Zenica, within 15 days from the date of appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Zenica.

Candidates from the ranks of full-time permanent employees at the University of Zenica and candidates from the ranks of students of the University of Zenica who are elected by the decision of the Senate of the University of Zenica are obliged to submit to the Competition Committee within 7 (seven) days from the date of the session of the Senate of the University of Zenica , confirmation/verification of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in accordance with point II subpoint 2. and point III. subsection 2 of the general conditions of the Competition.

Navedena potvrda/uvjerenje, ne starije od 3 (tri) mjeseca od dana izdavanja nadležnih organa, kandidati dostavljaju u originalu ili ovjerenoj kopiji Konkursnoj komisiji.

Applications, with all necessary documentation, must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the Contest in the daily newspaper.

Applications for the Competition with the necessary attachments are submitted in a sealed envelope by registered mail or to the protocol of the Rectorate of the University of Zenica, to the address:
