Public call for students to submit applications for part-time work in FR Germany in 2016

PUBLIC CALL FOR STUDENTS
for submitting applications for
holiday work in FR Germany in 2016
The Agency for Labor and Employment of Bosnia and Herzegovina invites interested students enrolled in universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina to submit applications for work in FR Germany during the summer vacation in 2016 as part of the Ferial Work Program, which takes place in cooperation with the Central Office for Employment Mediation professional workforce from abroad (ZAV) of the Federal Labor Agency of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The approved quota for Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2016 is 100 students, of which 64 places were allocated to university students in the Federation of BiH, 32 places to university students in the Republic of Srpska and 4 places to university students in the Brčko District of BiH.
The following can apply for this call:
·
exclusively full-time students university in Bosnia and Herzegovina which are not enrolled in the last year of studies.
Other conditions:
·
students should have a good command of the German language,
·
students must be ready to work in FR Germany for at least two months,
·
students should not limit themselves to a region or place where they want to work,
·
students should be ready to work in as many branches as possible.
The application should include the following:
1.
Two application forms (Bewerbungsbogen 2015), printed on both sides, filled in legibly in German with the date and signature of the student,
2.
Two recent photographs (passport format),
3.
Certificate of Enrollment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung)* completed in German with the date of issue, the signature of the responsible person and the stamp of the higher education institution,
4.
Certificate of student status (only regular students have the right to participate in the program) issued by a higher education institution,
5.
Proof of knowledge of the German language (certified copy of the certificate of the final year of high school, a certificate from a higher education institution on the passing of an exam in the German language or a certificate of knowledge of the language issued by a foreign language school),
6.
Certified copy of driver's license (optional).
*Note:
students should keep one copy of the original/certified copy of the Enrollment Certificate (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung), which, in the event of receiving a job offer, will have to be handed over to the employer upon arrival in SR Germany.
Method of application:
Interested students, who meet the above conditions, submit the application documents in person or by registered mail as follows:
·
university students in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina according to the headquarters of the university in the corresponding cantonal employment service,
·
university students in Republika Srpska according to the headquarters of the university in the appropriate branch of the Employment Office of the Republika Srpska,
·
students studying at Brčko District of BiH to the Employment Office of Brčko District of BiH.

The deadline for submitting applications is Friday, 08.01.2016. years.
Note: Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Criteria that will be applied when selecting candidates:
·
Students must be ready to work in FR Germany at least two months (implies that the official summer vacation of the relevant faculties must last at least two months).
·
Preference will be given to candidates who have did not participate in this program or submitted applications for participation in the program in previous years, but they did not receive job offers.
·
It will also be taken into account level of knowledge of the German language.
·
Previous work experience is an advantage.
The list of students, whose applications will be selected based on the above criteria and forwarded to ZAV, will be published on the website of the Agency for Labor and Employment of Bosnia and Herzegovina: www.arz.gov.ba in the last week of January 2016.
ZAV will take into account only complete and correctly completed documentation sent by the partner office in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Agency for Labor and Employment of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
