Regional Call for Applications for Scholarships 2025 (RECAS)

We inform interested candidates that it has been published Call for scholarship applications within the Regional Network of Centers for Advanced Studies in Southeast Europe (Recas).

Fellows will be supported by hosts at universities in Rijeka and Belgrade, and can choose co-hosts among partner universities in Skopje, Sarajevo, Ljubljana, Pristina, Tirana or Podgorica. The program lasts from 3 to 6 months (from December 2025) and includes a monthly stipend of 1,500 euros.

Candidates with a doctorate or candidates in the final phase of their doctoral studies in the fields of humanities, social sciences and arts are eligible to apply.

The application deadline is October 3, 2025.
