REPRESENTATIVES OF THE TURKU UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES FROM FINLAND VISITED THE UNIVERSITY OF ZENICA

A two-day visit by representatives of the University of Turku began today with a meeting in the Rector's Office. The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Jusuf Duraković, Rector. Prof. Dr. Hasan Avdušinović, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Quality Assurance, Prof. Dr. Fuad Hadžikadunić, Vice-Rector for Scientific Research and Amra Muslić Halilović, Prof. as hosts and Ms. Johanna Krappe, Head of the Research and Development Office, Mr. Juhani Soini, Vice-Rector and Anette Kairikko.

This visit was carried out as part of activities to improve cooperation between ten universities within the EU.ACE (The European University for Academic Continuing Education) network. At the meeting in the Rector's Office, future cooperation in the field of scientific research was discussed, both between these two universities, and future cooperation with other universities that are part of this network.

During this visit, the guests will have the opportunity to visit laboratories at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, and to meet with representatives of the Faculties of Economics and Medicine. The aim of this visit is to review all the capacities available at the University of Zenica in order to continue working on specific scientific and research projects.
