Romanian government scholarship program

The Government of Romania has launched the Scholarship Program for 2022-2023. year for citizens of non-EU countries.

In accordance with the mentioned Program, in the period between December 20, 2021 - March 5, 2022, each candidate should personally submit an online application for a scholarship through the platform https://studyinromania.gov.ro , by selecting the option Application for MFA scholarships or directly through the site https://scholarships.studyinromania.gov.ro which can be accessed in both English and French. Applications should be submitted exclusively through the platforms mentioned above.

Candidates can choose their study program from all fields, depending on their interest, except medicine, dental medicine and pharmacy. For bachelor's and master's studies, the programs are available exclusively in the Romanian language, thus promoting the Romanian language and culture. However, at the PhD level, candidates can also choose a program in English or another foreign language designated by the faculty for those studies. For those who do not speak the Romanian language, a preparatory year in the Romanian language is also approved before enrolling in the study program.

The results of the scholarship selection process will be announced via email on July 15, 2022 to each candidate who applied for the scholarship.
