Rector of the University of Zenica winner of the "Plaque of the Rectors' Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina/Rectors' Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina"

At the Solemn Session of the Rector's Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina/Rector's Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina held today, February 8, 2022. In the premises of the University of Sarajevo, the "Plaque of the Rector's Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina/Rector's Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina" for the year 2021 was awarded.

At the proposal of the members of the Assembly of the Rectors' Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina/Rectors' Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was decided that the "Plaque of the Rectors' Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina/Rectors' Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina" will be awarded to the rector of the University of Zenica, Prof. Ph.D. Jusuf Duraković for his exceptional contribution to the development of public universities through distinguished work in the scientific, teaching and professional fields, and the expansion of the university's reputation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the world, as well as a significant contribution to the improvement of the activities of the Rectors' Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina/Rectors' Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina , and at the same time, with his work, he contributed to the promotion and affirmation of the Rectors' Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina/Rectors' Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as the influence on the improvement of work in higher education in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Among other things, the "Plaque of the Rector's Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina/Rector's Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina" was awarded to Prof. Ph.D. Fuad Hadžikadunić at the suggestion of the University of Zenica, then Prof. Ph.D. Atif Hodžić at the suggestion of the University of Bihać, Prof. Ph.D. Izudin Kapetanović at the suggestion of the University of Tuzla, academicians Prof. Ph.D. Dragoljub Mirjanić at the suggestion of the University of Banja Luka and Prof. Ph.D. Mladen Bevanda at the suggestion of the University of Mostar, Prof. Ph.D. Tarik Zaimović at the suggestion of the University of Sarajevo, as well as posthumously Prof. Ph.D. Elvedin Hanić and Prof. Dr. Safet Krkić at the suggestion of the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar and posthumously Prof. Ph.D. Hasan Muratović at the suggestion of the University of Sarajevo.

The awards "Plaque of the Rectors' Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina/Rectors' Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina" were presented by the President of the Rectors' Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina/Rectors' Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Prof. Dr.Sc. Rifat Škrijelj, rector of the University of Sarajevo and former president of the Rectors' Conference of Bosnia and Herzegovina/Rectors' Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Prof. Ph.D. Jusuf Duraković, rector of the University of Zenica.
