Webinar: "How to achieve gender-inclusive vocational education and economy"
Regional Challenge Fund (RCF) invites you to register for the webinar "How to achieve gender-inclusive vocational education and economy".
RCF supports excellence in vocational education and training in the Western Balkans, to make careers inclusive and attractive to all genders and groups. However, attracting girls and women to traditionally male-dominated profiles is a challenge for many vocational education and training (VET) institutions and their partner companies.
The webinar will analyze data on women's education, training and employment in the Western Balkans and explore obstacles to achieving gender parity on both the demand and supply sides. Together with the speakers, we will discuss strategies and solutions for promoting gender inclusiveness and go through key recommendations from the ERI SEE handbook on social and gender dimensions in vocational education.
