07.06.2021. CIP, MF AND PTF UNZE: PRACTICAL TEACHING FOR STUDENTS IN TEŠNJ

After more than a year of pause in the implementation of practical classes for a large number of students due to the corona virus pandemic, it was continued on 07.06.2021 with practical classes in two companies from Tešani. The first was the company Eurometali, which is part of the Hifa-Oil group and which, in addition to its significant role in the sector of the sale of metal semi-finished products, is increasingly appearing as a producer on the BH market. Namely, the development concept of the factory at the location Doboj-jug is an increasing entry into various production technologies (pressing, cutting, welding, etc.), which expands the range of products that Eurometali offers, and on the other hand, a significant profit is obtained from the increased value of the sold products. The hosts at the factory were the director Jasmin Subašić, BSc.Ecc, and technologist Almir Plančić, who showed the students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Polytechnic, in detail, all the capacities of the factory. The focus of the practical classes was on internal logistics and the basics of CNC programming for laser cutting technologies. The second part of practical classes followed in the business system POBJEDA Tešanj - This is one of the oldest business systems in Tešanj and certainly a symbol of the Tešanj industry. The most important products are pumps for the automotive industry, although pumps for other different purposes are also made (pumps for agricultural machinery, tractors, trucks, etc.). High precision, complexity and quality of the elements made in Pobjeda are the basic characteristics of machining that follows the requirements of well-known product customers such as Mercedes, VW, Audi, Iveco and others. famous car brands. After the welcoming words of the executive director Armin Ćostović, the presentation of the company and the presentation of the basic products followed, after which the students and the factory instructors toured all the stages of production. In Pobjeda, the focus of the practical part of the teaching was on CNC machining technologies of metal cutting, as well as internal logistics solutions. The entire time of the visit with the students, Emir Đulić, M.Sc., was next to the factory associates. After the end of the practical classes, the students had the opportunity to visit the Tešanje fortress.
