08.06.2021. CIP, MF AND PTF UNZE: PRACTICAL TEACHING FOR STUDENTS AT HIFA-OIL AND PROCESS COMPANIES
The second day of practical classes in two other companies from Tešan continued first in the company HIFA-Oil. The host for the students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Polytechnic Faculty of Production Systems and Logistics, CNC Technologies and Entrepreneurship was Venan Hadžiselimović, Ph.D., the executive director for marketing of the Hifa-Oil company, who after the welcoming words introduced them to the development of the company. In the continuation of the practical classes, the students had the opportunity to hear practical examples of the organization of a procurement of various product assortments that the HifaOil group trades, and to follow the path of the products from the order to the arrival at the terminal and then distribution through small business systems. By the way, the Hifa-Oil group is one of the most important and largest BH business systems with hundreds of employees and a turnover of more than 650 million KM. In this sense, it was also very important for the students to see through practical examples how large logistics companies in the region function because this company covers the markets of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and North Macedonia. the students were welcomed and greeted by the owner and director ing. The focus of the practical classes at Process was on the presentation of the entrepreneurial model that the Process company is developing (unique approach to processing only the oak assortment, planned growth and development, entrepreneurial ideas and realization, etc.). The students visited all production facilities (preparatory processing, cutting, drying, gluing, finalization, etc.) with detailed explanations from the factory staff as well as assistant Emir Đulić, MSc. After the end of the practical classes, the students had a joint lunch at the Ukus restaurant, which was a gift from the Hifa-Oil company.
