10.06.2021. CIP AND MF UNZE: DUALS - CONVERSATIONS WITH BUSINESSMEN OF KITE AND TRAVNIK ABOUT DUAL EDUCATION

As part of the practical classes of the students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Zenica, which has been held for years in the companies of Business Zone 96 Vitez and the Central Bosnia region, Prof. Dr. D. Petković had several meetings with businessmen. The topic that dominated these talks was the development of dual education in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Prof. Petković presented the results of the Erasmus+ DUALSCI project so far - Strengthening capacities for implementation of dual education in BH higher education - Strengthening capacities for implementation of dual education in the higher education sector in BH. The conversation focused on the model of dual education in the EU countries as well as the countries of the Balkan region (WBC). The topic of the obligations of economic systems in the organization of such a study attracted the most attention (who pays the factory mentors, what kind of contracts the factory mentors conclude and with whom, who chooses the factory mentors, etc.), what is the legal framework that should accompany all this, with with whom the contract is signed by students, etc.. In front of the company KRISTAL, the talks were attended by Nikola Franjić, owner, ing. Kristijan Žepačkić and B.Sc. Miroslav Stjepanović and in front of the company FRANKSTAHL B.Sc. Jozo Miškić, director. In front of the company GS TM Travnik, which has enviable experience in the organization of dual studies in secondary education, talks were held with the owner and director Snježana Koepruner and executive director Muamer Trako, B.Sc.
