26-28.09.2018, INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION OFFICE: CONSORTIUM MEETING HELD WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE ERASMUS+ PROJECT "STINT" IN PORTO (PORTUGAL)
The Polytechnic University of Porto (IPP) hosted a consortium meeting within the STINT Erasmus+ program project. The project "Strengthening of Internationalization in B&H Higher Education / STINT" is implemented within program area 2, KA 2 - Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education. During the three-day work, among other things, the results achieved in the development of the internationalization strategy at the Universities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the drafting of regulations on mobility, and the development of the model of nostrification and equivalence of foreign diplomas were presented. In addition, a plan was made for further activities on the project, until its completion in April 2019. These activities include the procurement of additional equipment to encourage the development of internationalization at the Universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, further dissemination of the project results, which, in addition to the previous activities, also includes the holding of a dissemination conference, and the development of a sustainability plan after the completion of the project.
In addition to all public universities from BiH and the host Polytechnic University from Porto, STINT project participants are also KU Leuven from Belgium - Technology Campus from Ghent (as project coordinator) and Buckinghamshire New University from Great Britain (London). The UNZE team at this workshop consisted of the vice-rector for international cooperation and quality assurance, Prof. Dr. Malik Čabaravdić, and ECTS coordinator UNZE, M.Sc. Mirza Oruch.
