26-28 October 2017. MF UNZE: PARTICIPATION IN THE QFEST 2017 CONFERENCE IN JAHORINA

Jahorina is from 26-28 October 2017. was the host of the Festival of Quality and several conferences that were held under the auspices of this Festival. In the first place it was the 1st National Quality Conference in BiH, 44th National Quality Conference of Serbia, 11th International Quality Conference of Serbia, 21st SQM Conference of Montenegro, 11th International ICQME Conference of Montenegro. Representatives of the MF UNZA presented the paper: CHALLENGES OF THE FIRST ROUND OF REACREDITATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION ORGANIZATIONS IN BIH WITH EVALUATION OF STUDY PROGRAMS, whose authors were Prof. Dr. Darko Petković, Prof. Dr. Malik Čabaravdić and Associate Professor Ibrahim Plančić. After the ceremonial opening and welcome speeches by the guests at the Bistrica hotel in Jahorina, there was a presentation of introductory papers by guests from Canada: Prof. Dr. Stanislav Karapetrović (University of Alberta) and Mohammad Ashiquir Rahman Khan (Northern Alberta University (Canada)), prof. Dr. Radomir Putnik from the University of Minho from Portugal and Prof. Dr. Slavko Arsovski from the University of Kragujevac and Prof. Dr. Zdravko Krivokapić from the University of Montenegro. At the round table and in the sessions, the "formalism" that is increasingly felt both in the processes of external evaluations and accreditations and in the processes of obtaining certain certificates was discussed and debated, and this was emphasized as one of the pressing quality systems. It was concluded that ethics as a category of quality exists less and less in these processes. More than 50 works were presented in the sections, among them works with EF and MIZ UNZE. The conference was excellently organized by UIS with its partners from the region.
