31.01.2019. MF AND CIP UNZE: NEW SEMINAR (GIZ-DTD_EU PRO-LOCAL)

In a continuous effort to raise the knowledge threshold in the woodworking sector with educational seminars and among students who see their career in this sector, a new seminar was held on the project (GIZ-DTD_EU Pro-Local - Development of an innovative process of education and networking in the field of woodworking in Central Bosnia). As before in the CIP UNZE Multimedia Center, after the introductory discussions that dealt with the expectations of key stakeholders for the start of the new study program Design and Technologies in Wood Processing (Prof. Dr. Darko Petković), the topic followed: Forest biomass - possibility of use in BiH (presenter: Kenan Zahirović, Ph.D.), then the topic: "How to get from a design solution to a finished product" (Nermin Mujanović, B.Sc., ALIGN - Eureka pumps doo, Zenica) and the topic: Business model and SME development experiences - practical example, (Mr. Nenad Vasić, director of Sklopy Toys Teslić). The mentioned topics provided an excellent opportunity for students and representatives of the wood processing sector to learn "firsthand" the latest data on the quality and assortments of forest mass that were available to BH businessmen, how many of which assortments were imported and how many were exported, how it was and is being worked on from the development of new products to the practical development of a start-up company that was one of the best placed companies in the competition for the best business plans of the Innovation Center Banja Luka (http://sklopy.com/). The innovative model of product development and finally the excellent web presentation and sales were an opportunity for the students of the final years of the Ministry of Finance and PtF of UNZE to see how with the courage and determination of the founder one can work persistently on the development of one's own company and the realization of an entrepreneurial career.
