8/10/2016 CIP UNZE: LECTURE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SKODA

During his stay as part of the RESI Tempus project, Prof. Darko Petković, PhD, at the invitation of the QA Office of the University of Shkodër, held a lecture on the topic of External evaluations and accreditation of higher education organizations for QA managers of faculties and study departments of this University. During the presentation, Prof. Petković presented what a correct evaluation of the situation at a higher education institution should include, with special reference to the content of internal evaluations of study departments. With an emphasis on the need for a good knowledge of all the good and bad sides of the institution's work, Prof. Petković emphasized that the IES should be a deeply "critical document" that provides the basis and ways to improve the situation. QA managers were particularly interested in the experience with KPI data and their importance for external evaluators, data on monitoring trends, the importance of student competencies in each of the study cycles, questionnaires made by students and stakeholders, internationalization, strategic development of the university and other important issues that can expect in the realization of this process. After more than two hours of discussion, the lecture was concluded by Prof. Dr. Jozef Bushati, QA manager of the University of Shkodër.
