SEMINAR: ISO 9001:2015 - Quality management systems - Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. - Polytechnic Faculty of the University of Zenica, Fakultetska 1 Zenica

On Wednesday, April 6, 2016, starting at 1:00 p.m., a seminar will be held at the Polytechnic Faculty in Zenica ISO 9001:2015 – Quality management systems. The lecturer at the seminar is an international consultant, Prof. Dr. Paulo Baptista from Portugal.

Professor Baptista is an associate professor at Universidade Lusófona do Porto, at the Department of Environmental Protection Engineering, director of a consulting house Paulo & Beatriz – Consultores Associados and technical auditor for the Portuguese Certification Body (APCER).

 The seminar is part of the activity international EU Tempus project "Improving cooperation with companies by strengthening the regional potential of quality management in the countries of the Western Balkans". 15 partners from Spain, Portugal, Poland, Slovakia, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina participate in the project. Partners in the project from BiH are the Polytechnic Faculty of the University of Zenica, the University of East Sarajevo and the City Development Agency of East Sarajevo. The European Association for Quality based in Belgium, the Association for Quality and Standardization from Serbia, the Technical College Kragujevac and the Business Innovation Center Kragujevac also participate in the project.
