Humanity in action Bosnia and Herzegovina - call for submission of applications for participation in the project "Encouraging democratic values and active citizenship among young people"

For the eighth year in a row, Humanity in Action BiH organizes the project "Encouraging democratic values and active citizenship among young people", with the support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). The program is focused on the transfer of knowledge about democratic principles and human rights, stimulating critical thinking about sensitive issues in society, and encouraging the development of participants' communication and research skills.

The call primarily refers to students in the first and second year of undergraduate studies at all higher education institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but applications from students from higher years will also be taken into consideration.

The program consists of the following components, and all costs are covered by the organizer:

• Nine-day educational program in Sarajevo;
• Individual research;
• Three-day training in Neum;
• Implementation of group projects;
• Promotion of results of group projects;
• Closing ceremony in Sarajevo
