TO FILL A VACANCY POSITION

 

I

For the needs of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Zenica:

 

1. Housekeeper – 1 (one) executor, for an indefinite period of time.

CONDITIONS:

In addition to the general conditions established by the Law, the candidate should also fulfill the following special conditions established by the Rulebook on the internal organization and systematization of workplaces of the University of Zenica:

 

For the position:

Maid

• NS (I level of education) elementary school.

The candidate is obliged to attach the following documentation:

• application to the advertisement;
• a short biography, contact phone number and residential address;
• certificate/diploma of completed elementary school;
• birth certificate;
• if the candidate belongs to the category of persons referred to in Article 15 of the Law on Supplementary Rights of Veterans and Members of Their Families ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", number: 1/14), he is obliged to submit all necessary evidence of the fulfillment of the conditions for exercising the rights from of the mentioned article of the Law.

The candidate is obliged to sign the advertisement application as well as the short biography by hand.
Evidence of meeting the required general and special conditions must be attached in the original or a certified photocopy, with a certification not older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Advertisement.

If the diploma/certificate was obtained abroad, the candidate is obliged to submit a decision on its nostrification or recognition in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

With the candidates who meet the conditions of the Advertisement, the Commission for the implementation of the administrative procedure for the selection of candidates will conduct an interview in connection with the fulfillment of the conditions for performing the duties of the aforementioned position. If the invited candidates, who meet the conditions of the Advertisement, do not attend the interview, they will be considered to have given up on the Advertisement.

The selected candidate is obliged to submit a certificate of citizenship, not older than 6 (six) months, a certificate of no criminal record, not older than 6 (six) months and a certificate of general health, within 10 (ten) days after the finality of the selection decision. no older than 6 (six) months, addressed to the commission for the implementation of the administrative procedure for the selection of candidates.
