12-14.12.2019. EF AND CIP UNZE: 60 YEARS OF THE ECONOMICS FACULTY IN SKODA

Dean of the UNZE Faculty of Economics, acting professor Alaudin Brkić, and director of the UNZE Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, professor Darko Petković, participated in the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Shkodër (Albania) and the traditional conference organized by this faculty. The second conference "Dynamics of Sustainable Economic and Social Development (DySESD2019)" (https://25vitefeunishk.wixsite.com/dysesd2019/) was an opportunity for numerous meetings with other professors from the region and the development of new ideas for the preparation of future cooperation, both in preparation for Erasmus+ projects and strengthening the bilateral cooperation of EF and CIP UNZE with the Faculty of Economics, Skadar. In a conversation with the dean of EF UNSK Prof. Blerta Degusha, in addition to the presentation of EF UNZE, Dean Prof. Brkić highlighted the importance of student and staff mobility for the start of stronger project cooperation between the two faculties, and the director of CIP UNZE Prof. Petković suggested that the cooperation should start with two smaller colleges. table and study visits that would present the potential of two regions in two countries and map possible areas of business and educational cooperation. Dean Brkić presented an artistic painting with Bosnian motifs to EF UNSK on the occasion of a significant jubilee. During the conference, Prof. Petković and Brkić presented a joint work that was created as a result of GIZ's projects for the development of the cluster of wood processors in Central Bosnia and the development of the DTD study department at the MF UNZE under the title: STATE OF APPLICATION OF BUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES IN THE WOOD PROCESSING SECTOR IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA. The host of the UNZE delegation's visit was Prof. Dr. Jozef Bushati, QA manager of UNSK and Erard Čurčija, IRO Head of Office, who organized a number of other meetings for the guests from UNZE in Shkodra.
