12/19/2019 CIP AND MF UNZE: BUSINESS MEETINGS

After the successful organization of an INFO day on internationalization at the MF UNZE in 2019 in the Amphitheater of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the Dean of the MF Acting Prof. Dr. Fuad Hadžikadunić and the Director of CIP Prof. Dr. Darko Petković with their colleagues had meetings with the management of the company POBJEDA Tešanj, led by CoE Armin Ćostović and the director of the Cluster of Wood Processors of Herzegovina (DHK), who was presented by the director Mr. Dragan Rezic. The topics of the meeting were research and development cooperation between the MoF and Pobjeda, stronger involvement of students and junior staff in business and technical cooperation, implementation of practices and continuous cooperation in education. In particular, there was talk about the development projects that Pobjeda is currently working on in Turkey and ways of forming a wider research consortium that would consist of researchers from the ex-YU area and Turkey. With the director of DHK Mr. Rezić discussed the expressed interest of this cluster in the training of personnel on the new course Design and Technology in Wood Processing, which the MF UNZE is implementing starting from the academic year 2019. It is planned that for the next academic year 2020, modalities for the inclusion of this cluster in the implementation of the dual study model of junior staff members from cluster members will be developed.
