The participation of prof. Ph.D. Dževad Zečić, rector of the University of Zenica at the conference "New infrastructure for cooperation between the University of Split and the economy in the 21st century"
On Tuesday, November 29, at the University of Split, with the presence of prof. Ph.D. Šimun Anđelinović, rector of the University, vice-rector and dean of the University faculty, and prof. Ph.D. Pave Barišić, Croatian Minister of Science and Education, and Gabriela Žalac, Croatian Minister of Regional Development and European Union Funds, an academic conference with a specialized professional workshop was held, where the projects "Implementation of modern scientific research infrastructure at FGAG to smart specialization in green and energy efficient construction" and "Functional integration of the University of Split, PMF-ST, PFST and KTF-ST through the development of scientific research infrastructure in the building of three faculties", which were financed from the European Fund for Regional Development.
To the distinguished guests, among whom was Prof. Ph.D. sc. Dževad Zečić, Rector of the University of Zenica, presented the key projects of the scientific research structure of the University there, which is making a new step towards entrepreneurship and the wider community through the development of incubators, technology parks, competence centers and the improvement of student standards and presence in the community, through prepared EU-projects worth over 150 million euros.
This visit is a continuation of the previously established cooperation between the University of Zenica and the University of Split, where both higher education institutions agreed to look for opportunities and opportunities for cross-border cooperation and joint projects.
