As part of the implementation of the TEMPUS project BHQFHE, which deals with the definition of exit qualifications, competences and learning goals at the first,image-2 the second and third Bologna cycle, vice-rector for international cooperation and quality assurance Malik Čabaravdić and doc. dr. Nebojša Vasić (as a representative of the group for humanities nimage-1and at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina), participated in the extended meeting of the consortium from October 4 to 7, 2015 in Mostar. The goal of the working meetings was to precisely define the goals of the first, second and third cycle of studies, which could be proposed to the competent ministries for adoption at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bearing in mind all the complexity of the issue, there are many more activities, harmonization and proposing an acceptable framework for all universities at the state level. Representatives from Ireland, England, Spain, Germany, as well as from Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina participate in the mentioned TEMPUS project. The TEMPUS project seeks to solve problems related to the recognition of exit competencies, among other things, due to the intensification of the mobility of students and teachers, which is at an unenviably low level. After a year and a half of work, a bilingual brochure was completed (in English and BHS languages) summarizing the most important achievements and goals of the project.
