for employees of the University of Zenica
for mobility in the academic year 2021/22
within program Erasmus cooperation with partner countries KA107-University of Saarland, Germany

The Office for International Cooperation of the University of Zenica announces a competition for the mobility of teaching and non-teaching staff involved in the work of the QA Board and employed under the Employment Agreement at the University of Zenica.

Teaching and non-teaching staff can apply for mobility in order to participate in the "International Staff Training Week" organized by the University of Saarland in the period 11.7.2022- 15.7.2022..years. Staff Week will be organized in English, and applicants must know the language, level B2. Scholarships and travel expenses are provided for the implementation of these mobility trainings, which are calculated based on calculations on the EC distance calculator (https://erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu/resources-and-tools/distance-calculator).

The program of the International Week will cover, among others, the following topics:

• Outcome based curriculum design
  • Learning outcomes and qualification goals
  • Quality assurance for new study offers
  • International standards of quality assurance
  • Innovating and updating existing curricula
  • Internationalization of study programs
  • Quality enhancement

Application deadline: June 14, 2022

• Europass CV
• Motivational letter
• Agreement on mobility for the purpose of training (the program will be defined later)
• Valid passport
• Evidence of participation in the work of the Quality Committee

Incomplete and untimely applications will not be considered.

The selected candidates are obliged to submit the requested documentation to the Office for International Cooperation before starting the mobility and after returning from the foreign institution, in accordance with the Regulations on Mobility.
