Based on Article 56, paragraph (2) point r) of the Law on Higher Education ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", number: 12/22) and Article 63, paragraph (2) point h) of the Statute of the University of Zenica (Refined text ) and Decisions of the Commission for granting prior approval for filling vacant positions in cantonal administrative bodies and other bodies/institutions that are fully or partially financed from the Budget of Zenica-Doboj Canton, number: 02-30-11104-1/22 dated 20.07. in 2022 year, the Senate of the University of Zenica at its 09th extraordinary session held on 22.07.2022. year, made the Decision on the call for tenders

CONDITIONS:
The conditions for selection into scientific teaching (teaching and associate) positions are determined by the provisions of Article 83 of the Law on Higher Education ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", number 12/22), the provisions of Articles 280, 282 and 294 ( 4) The Statute of the University of Zenica (refined text), and the Rulebook on the procedure and conditions for the selection of teachers and associates at the University of Zenica (in cases where it is applicable).

Along with the signed application for election to the associate title, candidates must attach:

1. a signed short biography, address, contact phone number and e-mail address;

2. original diploma or a certified photocopy of the diploma of the first cycle (undergraduate studies);
3. proof of the average grade achieved during the first cycle/undergraduate studies (certificate of passed exams);
4. proof of the duration of studies (certificate of the duration of studies with data on the duration of studies by the candidate);
5. proof of scientific works in the field of elections, published in relevant publications, if the candidate has them (copy of the title page of the publication, copy of the imprint, content of the publication and summary of the paper) which will be evaluated only in case the candidates have the same number of points;
6. birth certificate (original certificate or certified copy of the certificate not older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the competition);
7. Certificate of citizenship (original certificate or certified copy of the certificate not older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Contest),
8. Proof of knowledge of at least one world language (original certificate or a copy of a certificate issued by a verified institution with a certification not older than 3 (three) months from the date of the announcement of the competition, or a certificate of passed exams in a world language).
9. proof (if possessed) of the dean's award, proof of the rector's award
10. the selected candidates are obliged to submit proof of registration on the records of the Employment Office of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.

 

If the diploma was obtained abroad, the candidate is obliged to submit a decision on its nostrification or recognition of the foreign qualification in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The right to apply is for candidates who are selected for the first time at the University, as well as candidates who have already been selected for the associate title of assistant at the University for the aforementioned scientific areas/subjects.

The competition remains open for 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication.
