Invitation to participate in the transfer of knowledge from the diaspora in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina, within its competences for emigration, and in accordance with the Policy on cooperation with emigration ("Official Gazette of BiH" number: 38/17), published on September 1, 2023 two public calls: Public call for the expression of interest of experts in emigration for participation in the program Transfer of knowledge, skills and experience from emigration to BiH and Public call for expressions of interest of institutions and public institutions in BiH for participation in the program of Transfer of knowledge, skills and experience from emigration to BiH. The goal of public invitations is to express the interest of public institutions and institutions in BiH, as well as experts in emigration/diaspora who/want to participate in the program of Transfer of knowledge, skills and experience from emigration in BiH, implemented by the Ministry. Within this program, the Ministry will organize the arrival and engagement of experts of BiH origin who live and work in the diaspora and who will transfer their knowledge and experience to public institutions and institutions in BiH that express such interest and needs. The period of engagement of experts from emigration in the reception institution in Bosnia and Herzegovina can last from 5 to 15 working days. It is possible to engage experts starting from October 2023 onwards. The Ministry bears the costs of transportation, accommodation and per diem for the hired expert, while his work is of a voluntary nature. Admission institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina have no financial obligations regarding the engagement of experts.

We invite all interested public institutions and institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as experts in emigration/diaspora, to apply for the published public invitations by filling out the application forms attached to the invitations and submitting them electronically to the Ministry.
