for employees of the Faculty of Law, University of Zenica
for mobility in the academic year 2016/2017.
within program Erasmus cooperation with partner countries KA107-UNIVERSITY IN RIJECA

The Office for International Cooperation of the University of Zenica announces a competition for the selection of staff of the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica, who will be granted financial support for teaching and professional training at the Faculty of Law of the University of Rijeka, Croatia.

The number of places that the University of Rijeka will allocate to employees of the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica depends on the availability of funds.

Teaching and non-teaching staff can apply for mobility for the purpose of:

• professional training (for teaching and non-teaching staff).

Professional development can include several types of activities:

• attending a structured course, workshop or language training aimed at the professional needs of the participants and;
• job shadowing monitoring the work of colleagues at a foreign institution when performing their professional activities.

A condition for teaching staff applying for the teaching maintenance activity is maintenance at least 8 hours of classes per week.

Conditions for access
Candidates must meet the following conditions:

1. Be an employee of the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica or have concluded a contract on engagement in teaching that will be valid at the time of the realization of the mobility
2. Have the consent of the immediate manager/dean about the absence of the candidate from the workplace for the planned period of mobility;

 Application procedure

• Europass CV
• Agreement on mobility for the purpose of training/teaching (for the professional development activity) with a clearly defined residency program (the program must be accepted by a foreign institution);
• Valid passport;
• Signed and certified consent of the dean on the candidate's absence from the workplace;
• Proof of employment at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica, from which it is evident that the candidate has an employment contract and that the contract is or will be valid for the entire duration of the stay at the foreign institution.

Candidates are required to submit scanned documents to the e-mail address rectorat-1@unze.ba ending on April 14, 2017 until 12:00 p.m.

Incomplete and untimely applications will not be considered.

Other
Selected candidates are obliged to comply with the procedure before and after returning from a foreign institution and submit the required documentation to the Office for International Cooperation.
