7-11.11.2018. MF AND CIP UNZE: PARTICIPATION IN THE ECOMONDO 2018 FAIR AND VISIT TO THE UNIVERSITY OF BOLOGNA

As part of the celebration of 11 years since the establishment of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Zenica, there was a visit by the director of the Center, Prof. Dr. Darko Petković, and the assistant professor at the Department of Environmental Engineering, Ph.D. Džafer Dautbegović to the ECOMONDO 2018 international fair in Rimini and the oldest European university in Bologna. The ECOMONDO fair is a world-renowned fair for manufacturers of equipment for recycling technologies, logistics, circular economy and ecology, where more than 800 exhibitors appeared this year. It was an excellent opportunity for UNZE representatives to make a number of new and useful contacts of interest for future academic and research work. During their stay in this part of Italy, Assoc. Dautbegović and Prof. Petković also visited the University of Bologna, where they were hosted by Prof. Dr. Adriana Galvani from the Faculty of Science and Mathematics of this famous university. In addition to visiting several faculties, there was also a visit to the first library at academic institutions, the Museum of Medicine and the Campus of Natural Sciences and Arts. Prof. Petković expressed a special interest in connecting with the product design department considering the beginning of the DTD studies (Dizajn i Technology in Drvopreradi) which will academic 2018/19. start at MF UNZE.
