A delegation from the University of Zenica visiting SIJ Acrona in Slovenia

Today 31.05.2022. year, Rector of the University of Zenica, Prof. Dr. Jusuf Duraković, Vice-Rector for Finance and Development of the University of Zenica, Prof. Dr. Ilhan Bušatlić and others. sci. Milan Rimac visited SIJ - Slovak steel industry Acroni, where they met with the director of quality and development of SIJ Acroni doo, dr. Gorazd Kosecom.

The subject of the meeting is the project of cooperation between SIJ Acroni doo and the University of Zenica in the field of research and development of new materials and products at our Institute "Kemal Kapetanović" of the University of Zenica, where training would be carried out for engineers and technicians of the ironworks SIJ Acroni doo who are faced with a shortage personnel.

This meeting is very important both for the University of Zenica and for the Acroni ironworks, because through the agreed cooperation significant results will be achieved, both for the University of Zenica and for the economy of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.
