On the basis of the Decision of the Senate of the University of Zenica, number: 01-02-1-5595/20 of 25 December 2020, and in connection with the Decision of the Commission for granting prior approval for the filling of vacant positions in cantonal administrative bodies and other bodies/institutions that are fully or partially financed from the Budget of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, number: 02-30-15098-1/20 dated 30.11.2020 (Faculty of Philosophy), by the Decision of the Commission for granting prior approval for the filling of vacant positions in cantonal administrative bodies and other bodies/institutions that are fully or partially financed from the Budget of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, number: 02-30-19193-1/20 dated 16.12.2020 (Faculty of Economics), and by the Decision of the Commission for granting prior approval for filling of vacant positions in cantonal administrative bodies and other bodies/institutions that are fully or partially financed from the Budget of Zenica-Doboj Canton, number: 02-30-19104-1/20 dated 16.12.2020 (Faculty of Medicine) University of Zenica publishes

COMPETITION

to fill a vacant position

 

I

1. Organizational unit, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zenica

- Senior assistant for the narrow scientific field "English language/linguistics"
(with establishment of an employment relationship) 1 executor

 

2. Organizational unit, Faculty of Economics, University of Zenica

- Associate in the title of assistant for the scientific field "Quantitative Economics"
(for an indefinite period of time) 1 executor

 

3. Organizational unit, Faculty of Medicine, University of Zenica

- Associate in the title of senior assistant for the subject "Medical Biochemistry" of the Health Care study program

(with establishment of an employment relationship) 1 executor

 

Conditions:

In addition to the general conditions established by the Law, candidates should also meet the following special conditions:

 

• that the associate was elected to the scientific-teaching title of senior assistant for the narrower scientific field "English language/linguistics" (item 1.)
• that the associate was elected to the scientific-teaching title of assistant for the scientific field "Quantitative Economics" (item 2.)
• that the teacher was elected to the scientific-teaching title of assistant professor for the subject "Gynecology and Obstetrics" (item 3. indent 1.)
• that the associate was elected to the scientific-teaching title of senior assistant for the subject "Medical Biochemistry" of the Health Care study program (item 3, paragraph 2)

 

II

With the application for the Competition for position 1, candidates are required to attach the following documentation:

1. Short biography, contact phone number and address of residence,
2. The decision of the higher education institution on the selection for the title of senior assistant for the narrower scientific field of English language/Linguistics,
3. Original diploma or a certified photocopy of the master's degree
4. Birth certificate,
5. CIPS certificate of residence/residence
6. If the diploma was obtained abroad, the candidate is obliged to submit a decision on its nostrification or recognition in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

With the application for the Competition for position 2, candidates are required to attach the following documentation:

1. Short biography (contact phone number and address of residence),
2. The decision of the higher education institution on selection for the scientific-teaching title of assistant for the scientific field "Quantitative Economics",
3. An original diploma or a certified photocopy of an undergraduate diploma,
4. Evidence of the average grade achieved during undergraduate studies (certificate of passed exams),
5. Proof of the duration of studies (certificate of the duration of studies with data on the duration of studies by the candidate),
6. Proof of the number of published scientific and professional works (copy of the title page of the publication, copy of the imprint, content of the publication and summary of the work),
7. Birth certificate,
8. Proof of knowledge of one world language (original certificate or a copy of the certificate issued by a verified institution with a certification not older than 3 (three) months from the date of the announcement of the competition or a certificate of passing exams in a world language)
9. CIPS certificate of residence/residence.

If the diploma was obtained abroad, the candidate is obliged to submit a decision on its nostrification or recognition in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

 

With the application for the Competition for position 3, candidates are required to attach the following documentation:

1. Short biography (contact phone number and address of residence),
2. The decision of the higher education institution on the selection to the scientific-teaching title of senior assistant for the subject: "Medical biochemistry" of the Health Care study program,
3. Original diploma or a certified photocopy of the diploma of the II (second) study cycle/master's degree),
4. Proof of the average grade obtained during the II (second) cycle of study/master's study (certificate of passed exams),
5. Proof of duration of studies,
6. Evidence of scientific works in the field of choice published in relevant publications (excerpts),
7. Birth certificate,
8. Proof of knowledge of one world language
9. CIPS certificate of residence.
10. If the diploma was obtained abroad, the candidate is obliged to submit a decision on its nostrification or recognition in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

III

Candidates are required to sign the application for the Competition as well as the curriculum vitae by hand.

Documentation as proof of fulfillment of the required conditions from point II of the Competition must be attached in the original or a certified photocopy, with a certification no older than 3 (three) months from the date of publication of the Competition.

An employment contract will be concluded with the selected candidates in accordance with the regulations governing employment rights. Before concluding an employment contract, selected candidates are required to obtain a certificate of citizenship and a certificate of general health not older than 3 (three) months from the date of issue.

Applications for the Contest with attachments must be submitted within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the Contest in the daily newspaper, in a sealed envelope by registered mail or to the protocol of the University of Zenica to the address:
