On the basis of paragraph 53 (2). point n), and in connection with Article 139, paragraph (3) of the Law on Higher Education (Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, number: 6/09, 9/13, 13/13 and 4/15), Article 63, paragraph ( 1) point v) and 364. paragraph (3) of the Statute of the University of Zenica (Refined text), Conclusion of the Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton on giving consent to the amount of tuition and other fees paid by students of the FIRST cycle of studies at the University of Zenica in the academic year 2016/ 17. year, number: 02-14-11732/16. from 16.06.2016 year, the Senate of the University of Zenica, at its 6th session held on June 29, 2016, passed

THE DECISION

on the amount of tuition fees and other services for students of the 1st (first) cycle of studies - undergraduate studies at the faculties of the University of Zenica in the academic year 2016/2017. year

Article 1.

This Decision determines the amount of tuition fees and other services for students of the I (first) cycle of study-undergraduate studies at the faculties of the University of Zenica in the academic year 2016/2017, as follows:

a) Full-time study (financed by the Founder)

		Academic year 2016/17.

Article 2.

Recipient of a war award or decoration, war invalid, demobilized defender, child of a martyr, killed, deceased, missing defender, child of a killed, deceased, missing war award or decoration, child of a war invalid and child of a demobilized defender in the status of a full-time student (financed by the Founder ) are exempted from paying the fees from Article 1, point a), sub-points 1, 3 and 13, in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation on the priority in the education of veterans and their family members of the Zenica-Doboj Canton (Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton , number: 4/14), and on the basis of the evidence of the competent authority on belonging to the mentioned categories.

The right from paragraph 1 of this article cannot be exercised by a person whose total household income exceeds the amount of the average net salary paid in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the previous year according to the data of the Federal Bureau of Statistics.

Article 3.

Members of the Roma nationality and persons with disabilities through 70% in the status of a full-time student (financed by the Founder) are exempt from paying fees from Article 1, point a), subpoints 1, 3 and 13.

Article 4.

Full-time students are exempted from paying fees for the issuance of certificates required for applying to the contest for the awarding of scholarships - grants from the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, as well as for the purchase of monthly transport tickets.

Article 5.

The decision enters into force on the day of its adoption, and will be applied for the academic year 2016/17. year.
