On the basis of paragraph 53 (2). point n), and in connection with Article 139, paragraph (3) of the Law on Higher Education ("Official Gazette of the Zenica-Doboj Canton", number: 6/09, 9/13, 13/13 and 4/15), Article 63. paragraph (1) point c) and 364 paragraph (3) of the Statute of the University of Zenica (Refined text) and the Conclusion of the Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton on giving consent to the amount of tuition fees for foreign citizens, students of the FIRST cycle of studies at the University of Zenica in the academic year 2016 /2017, number: 02-38-10786/16. from 30.05.2016 year, the Senate of the University of Zenica, at its 6th session held on June 29, 2016, passed

THE DECISION

on the amount of tuition fees for foreign students of the I (first) cycle of studies - undergraduate studies at the University of Zenica in the academic year 2016/2017. year

Article 1.

This Decision determines the amount of tuition fees for foreign students of the I (first) cycle of studies - undergraduate studies at the University of Zenica in the academic year 2016/2017. year, as follows:

Article 2.

In accordance with Article 2 of the Protocol between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on cooperation in the field of education, for citizens of the Republic of Slovenia: "with regard to the payment of tuition fees for higher education, the same standards apply as apply to domestic students".

Article 3.

The decision enters into force on the day of its adoption, and will be applied in the academic year 2016/2017. year.
