Excellent results of our students at the Economics in Medjugorje

In the period from September 23 to 25, the traditional Economy Fair was held in the sports center of Međugorje on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Sarajevo. The host of this competition was the Faculty of Economics of the University of Sarajevo, to whom we would like to thank for the invitation and organization.

Teams of students from the University of Zenica, accompanied by Professor Aleksa Stanković and Professor Nermin Salkanović, competed in several different sports and achieved excellent results.

• Basketball (men's category) – 1st place
• Table tennis (men's category) – 1st place (Kenan Jašarević)
• Table tennis (female category) – 1st place (Dželila Čelenko)
• Table tennis (female category) – 2nd place (Amina Kozlić)
• Volleyball (female category) – 2nd place
• Football (men's category) – 2nd place
• Tennis (men's category) – 3rd place (Kenan Jašarević)

Based on the achieved results, the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zenica took 2nd place in the overall ranking of all teams.
