Teaching and administrative staff on exchange can be defined as a person employed in a higher education institution abroad and interested in a short/limited period of mobility for the purpose of teaching or training abroad (within ongoing work in the home institution). You can apply to the University of Zenica as an exchange staff member if: you have a valid exchange agreement between your home institution and the University of Zenica, your home university has nominated you, sent the necessary application documents, found suitable departments. The University of Zenica will consider applications from employees of higher education institutions and, if there is no prior cooperation agreement, and decide on each request separately.
You must be officially nominated and supported by your home institution. Nomination is an activity carried out via e-mail communication from your home coordinator, who confirms that the employee has been selected and supported by their home institution to spend a teaching or administrative period at the University of Zenica. The nomination must contain:
- Data about the candidate (name, surname, gender, teaching area, e-mail)
- Application documents
- Proposal of the Contract on Mobility
