CALL FOR PARTICIPATION "Uniadrion Italy" Staff Week & Western Balkans Promotion Fair 24–28 November 2025, Ancona and Teramo, Italy

The University of Zenica was invited to participate in an international event "Uniadrion Italy Western Balkans Promotion Fair", which will be held from November 24 to 28, 2025 in Ancona and Teramo (Italy).

This event aims to present the educational offer of Western Balkan universities, strengthen mobility within the KA171 program, and improve cooperation through direct promotion and networking with students and representatives of ESN networks.

The call is intended students and employees of the University of Zenica who are willing to actively promote our University and contribute to its visibility at the international level.

What is expected from applications?

• Proposal of activities for the promotion of the University of Zenica during the fair (e.g. presentations, workshops, interactive content).
• Conceptual proposal for promotional material (brochures, roll-up banners, digital content, souvenirs, etc.).

Financial conditions:

• Travel and accommodation expenses for a certain number of participants they are fully covered by the Consortium of Italian Universities.
• Participants are provided with daily individual support, as well as travel expenses (standard and "green travel"), in accordance with the prescribed Erasmus+ rules and distance zones.
• Participating students are entitled to individual support and travel expenses under the same conditions.
