Law School students win first place in state competition

It is with great pride and pleasure that we announce that the team from the Faculty of Law, University of Zenica is the national champion at the Third National Mock Trial Competition before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

The competition was held in Mostar, from 2 to 4 October 2024. The organizers of this year's state competition are the Faculty of Law of the University of Mostar, together with the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (HJPC), the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the OSCE Mission to BiH.

The team from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica consisted of students: Vildana Huseinspahić and Danis Kobić as representatives of the applicants, and Bakir Brkić and Emrah Petković as representatives of the state.

The mentoring team consisted of: Prof. Dr. Enis Omerović, Prof. Dr. Aida Mulalić, Senior Assistant Professor, M.A. Lejla Zilić-Čurić and Tarik Isaković, MA.
