The 13th scientific and professional conference with international participation - Kvalitet/Quality 2023 was held

In the period from June 19 to 21, 2023, the 13th scientific and professional conference with international participation - Kvalitet/Quality 2023 was held, and the venue was Neum, Sunce hotel.

In addition to the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Zenica, the co-organizers of the conference are Dicle University (Turkiye), the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Computing and Electrical Engineering of the University of Mostar, the Agency for the Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Association for Quality in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Institute of Economic Engineering in Zenica .

69 papers from 175 authors and co-authors from seven countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Turkey and Germany) were accepted.

In his opening address, the rector of the University of Zenica, prof. Ph.D. Jusuf Duraković emphasized the importance of holding the Conference, the presentation of scientific research and professional works to the general public, the cooperation of higher education institutions and the economic sector, and the importance of holding a panel dedicated to current affairs in higher education and the recommendations of the ENQA agency (CHALLENGES IN IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ENQA PANEL) ).

The conference worked in two sections according to the topic of the papers that were announced for presentation.

Thematic areas at the conference were:

1. QUALITY IN ECONOMY

In addition to these thematic areas, a panel was held at the conference this year, which was dedicated to current events in higher education and the recommendations of the ENQA agency (CHALLENGES IN IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ENQA PANEL).

The conference brought together a large number of authors who presented their works, both from higher education institutions and from business.
