The third meeting of the Tempus project consortium "Bosnia and Herzegovina Qualifications Framework for Higher Education - BHQFHE" was held in Limerick.

From February 25 to 28, 2016, the third meeting of the Tempus project consortium "Bosnia and Herzegovina Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (BHQFHE)" was held in Limerick (Ireland). The meeting was attended by representatives of project partners and project coordinators. Six universities from Bosnia and Herzegovina (Bihać, Tuzla, Zenica, Mostar, Džemal Bijedić and East Sarajevo), the University of Split, the Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Sports, the Association of Employers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the World University Service of Bosnia and Herzegovina participate in the BHQFHE project. . The project represents a significant step forward in the transformation and modernization of higher education in BiH and its integration into the European academic network, and its total value is 1.3 million euros. The main goal of the project is to support the development of the BH qualification framework for higher education and its implementation at the institutional level in accordance with the criteria of the European Qualification Framework for Lifelong Learning (EQF-LLL) and the Qualification Framework of the European Higher Education Area (QF-EHEA).
At the meeting, the project partners submitted reports on the implementation activities for the realization of the project, while the members of the coordination committee submitted a financial report, and presented the current situation regarding the set and realized goals of the project. After that, the obligations of the project partners with the remaining activities were defined and the dates of the next meetings were determined. Also at the meeting were representatives of the University of Limerick, dr. Pat Phelan and Dr. Dermot Coughlan presented the experiences of the University of Limerick in creating curricula and programs based on learning outcomes. Representatives of the University of Lleida (Spain) dr. Toni Granollers et al. Cristian Sole shared their experiences from Spain in writing self-certification reports.
