Today, an introductory workshop for the administrative staff of the University of Zenica on the broader topic of gender equality was held in the premises of the Faculty of Law as part of the UNIGEM project.
The interactive lecture covered numerous topics, such as the concept of gender equality, the principle of non-discrimination and protection mechanisms. Those present were informed about the achievements of the University so far in the form of the adoption of the Action Plan on gender equality and the establishment of the Office for Legal and Pedagogical Counseling. The lecture and accompanying discussion showed that there is interest and need for a series of lectures in the future, the aim of which is to raise awareness and expand the knowledge of employees of the University of Zenica.
