12/12/2018 MF AND CIP UNZE: STUDY VISIT TO THE UNIVERSITY OF BOLOGNA

The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the UNIVERSITY OF ZENICA as part of the DEVELOPMENT OF THE INNOVATIVE PROCESS OF EDUCATION AND NETWORKING IN THE FIELD OF WOODWORKING IN CENTRAL BOSNIA (GIZ from the EU ProLocal program) organized a multi-day study visit to Italy for students of the Ministry of Education (MPT, IDP and Maintenance) and PtF (Production Business) and project team members on the project. On the first day of their visit to Italy, UNZE representatives had the opportunity to visit the oldest university in Europe - the famous University of Bologna, where the Bologna Declaration was signed in honor of the 900 years of existence of this University, which started the largest organized joint reform of the higher education sector in its history. Students had the opportunity to visit the Faculty of Law and Economics, the Faculty of Biology, the Faculty of Literature and Foreign Languages, the University Library and the Rectorate of the University of Bologna. A visit to the Museum of Anthropology and Zoology was particularly interesting. At the Academy of Fine Arts, they discussed cooperation in the field of product design on the new direction of DTD and the potential for mobility of staff and students. Students had the opportunity to see the hall where the ministers signed the Declaration. The host for the guests from UNZE was prof. Dr. Adriana Galvani, longtime professor at the University of Bologna.
