About the open day held on April 23, 2018. years

On Wednesday, April 23, 2018, an Open Day was held at the Campus of the University of Zenica. On this occasion, the graduates had the opportunity to receive information about the conditions of enrollment and study at the University's faculties, get acquainted with the curricula, exchange experiences with students, and also talk with teachers.

A program was organized on the plateau in front of the Faculty of Metallurgy and Technology, and the future freshmen were addressed on this occasion by prof. Damir Kukić, Rector of the University of Zenica, Mr. Željko Bodul, Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports ZDK and Mr. Jasmin Duvnjak, Chairman of the ZDK Assembly. The most successful students, members of the Faculty of Law team who achieved historic success at the "Villem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot" competition in international commercial law and international commercial arbitration, spoke about the opportunities offered by studying at the University of Zenica, followed by Harun Hrustić, student Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, who is also a member of the winning team at the innovation competition in Sarajevo, but also part of the team that made the first 3D printer in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Samra Duraković, a member of the volleyball team of the University of Zenica, who also achieved excellent results at the tournament in Dubrovnik. Professor Milenko Karović and the Youth Choir, who performed several popular musical hits, took care of the fun part of the program and the excellent atmosphere.

After the program, prospective students had the opportunity to visit the premises of the faculty where, in conversation with students and teachers, they had the opportunity to learn about the experiences of studying at the faculties of the University, the work of the Student Union, and the conditions of accommodation in the Student Center.
