19.02.2019. MF AND CIP UNZE: SEMINAR AND MEETING IN LIND LABORATORY (GIZ-DTD_EU PRO-LOCAL)

As part of the activities of the project Development of an innovative process of education and networking in the field of wood processing in Central Bosnia (giz-dtd_EU pro-local), a new seminar was held in the LIND Laboratory of the Zenica Technology Park. The topics of the seminar were methods and standards for testing wooden joinery (windows, doors) for which this laboratory is the only one with appropriate accreditation for testing in Bosnia and Herzegovina. To those present, most of whom were students of the Mechanical and Polytechnic Faculty of UNZE, the management of LIND presented the new test equipment and the ways in which tests are performed, and especially emphasized the importance of these tests in the product development phases, which can reduce subsequent interventions and additional costs. when serial production of these products starts. After the seminar, the UNZE project team (Prof. Dr. D. Petković, Prof. Dr. F. Hadžikadunić and Asst. E. Đulić) held a meeting with the LIND team (Pašalić Senad, B.Sc., Amir Kubat, B.Sc. and Fatima Alijagić, B.Ecc.). They discussed the remaining activities of the GIZ-DTD project (printing of the remaining studies, visits to partner institutions in Austria and Germany, promotion of the DTD study program to businessmen, joint preparations for new applications, participation of the LIND laboratory in the teaching process in the summer semester 2018/19 for MF and PTF UNZE students, etc.)
