A panel discussion was held for students at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica, organized by the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina
On June 19, 2018, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica, organized by the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, a panel discussion was held for students of this faculty on the prosecution of sexual violence as a war crime, protection measures and witness support in criminal proceedings.
The panel discussion was organized on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Sexual Violence in Conflict, with the aim of raising awareness of the importance of processing these cases.
The participants were Enes Maličbegović, judge of the Cantonal Court in Zenica, Eda Furundžija, expert associate-psychologist of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo, and Ahmed Mešić, prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Central Bosnia Canton.
