AMBASSADOR BUDIMIR LONČAR AND ACADEMIC PROF. DR. ASIM KURJAK HAD A LECTURE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ZENIKA

On Wednesday, 13.11.2019. in the premises of the Faculty of Law and Economics, Ambassador Budimir Lončar and academician Prof. Dr. Asim Kurjak held a lecture attended by the rector and vice-rectors of the University of Zenica, representatives of the federal and cantonal authorities, representatives of the religious, economic and cultural life of the city of Zenica and the Zenica-Doboj Canton, as well as employees and students of the University of Zenica.

In his lecture on the topic "The World, Europe, the Region and Bosnia and Herzegovina - 30 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall", Ambassador Budimir Lončar pointed out the current and biggest problems of today, namely the possession of atomic weapons and environmental pollution. During his lecture, Mr. Lončar also presented his vision of possible solutions to global problems.

Academician Prof. Dr. Asim Kurjak held a lecture on the topic "The importance of building scientific leaders for the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina", during which he pointed out the problem of the departure of young and educated people from our country, and in particular pointed out the importance of science to the life of a community and society.
