Agreement on cooperation between the Institution of Ombudsman for Human Rights and universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina was signed
The ceremonial signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the Ombudsman for Human Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina and public and private universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which include the Faculty of Law, will be held on Monday, November 7, 2016. in the "Oval" hall of the Hotel Bosna in Banja Luka.
The goals of signing the Agreement are the establishment and development of mutual cooperation through the promotion of the development of the highest level of quality of teaching and practice in higher education, along with the development of common cooperation frameworks in all areas of educational and research activities.
The agreement also represents a platform for strengthening the intensity and quality of cooperation between the Ombudsman for Human Rights and law faculties in Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to increase the level of information and education of students in the field of realization, protection and promotion of human rights.
The agreement establishes a framework for the development of partnership cooperation between the signatory countries through various types of activities and assistance, as well as the exchange of information and mutual consultation in the implementation of projects and activities. The agreement, among other things, enables all interested students in their final year of studies to acquire practical knowledge in the institution of the Ombudsman for Human Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in addition to the theoretical knowledge acquired during their previous studies.
