H.E. Jožef Neđeši, Ambassador of Hungary visiting the University of Zenica

On Thursday, 16.03.2017. year, the University of Zenica was visited by H.E. Jožef Neđeši, Ambassador of Hungary to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Visits of H.E. was preceded by a recent meeting of representatives of the University of Pecs and the leadership of the University of Zenica, where cooperation between the two higher education institutions in all segments was initiated, pointed out Prof. Ph.D. Dževad Zečić, rector of the University of Zenica.

"It is very important to build cooperation between these two universities, as well as cooperation between the governments of Hungary and Bosnia and Herzegovina in the field of education. "The Government of Hungary will award 50 scholarships for students in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the coming period," said NJ. E. Jožef Neđeši.
At today's meeting, it was agreed that a representative of the University of Pécs will visit in May, and on that occasion a cooperation agreement between the University of Zenica and the University of Pécs will be signed. He also pointed out that the Hungarian embassy, as well as the Hungarian government, are providing support and, if possible, will provide professional assistance in the process of transforming the Zenica Cantonal Hospital into a university hospital.
